All orders during that week will be done as designers choice using the most premium flowers. Please note some flowers are not available year round and will be substituted.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

My order online in the weekend evening was followed up by phone call with owner Lori who confirmed flowers were purchased and ready for delivery early AM. Next delivery was confirmed by email and with expression for the family coping with loss. Her heartfelt sympathy and beautiful flowers were both delivered and received with great care. I love that you are open so early and that I can do same day deliveries. I have used you twice now, and both times I was amazed at how quickly they came and how easy it is to order. As for my last purchase, it is so beautiful that I am thinking about buying the same bouquet for myself!! Just beautiful and the recipient was also very pleased with how pretty it is.
