If you are placing a pick up order you will be asked to give an hour pick up window in the special instructions. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Overall I'm very pleased with the experience and you guys did an awesome job! Just 2 comments to make the experience better for future customers like myself.1. The reason I picked that particular design is because she likes that particular flower I don't think it's an amaryllis belladonnas but something akin to. So when I got the Deluxe version, I was assuming more than one of that particular flower in the bunch. The smaller version shows more than one, so I was assuming if i got the Deluxe i would have more than 1. of that particular flower. Was very disappointed when only one showed up in the bowkay. Was not like the picture. My suggestion is that in the future if someone orders a larger version than the sample display it probably should have more then one of that particular flower. 2. A suggested time of delivery might be nice in the future. Other than that I was very pleased with your product produced. My mother thought it was wonderful thank you very much for your hard work. In light of pandemic; I'm sure Mother's Day this year was crazy for you all. We are very appreciative of your hard work to touch our mothers lives when we cannot, at this time. God-bless you all.
