Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I can't comment on the arrangement, as I haven't seen it in person but the recipient told me she loved it. What I want to comment on is the service. I had forgotten to send flowers to my Mom until the thursdsay evening before Christmas. I ordered that night and was notified, understandably so, that they would arrive the day after Christmas. I accepted that. Well, I was so surprised to get a call from Intimate Designs that they rushed the order anyway and got it there before Christmas. That's service! I have ordered from them before and will do so in the future. ---- Florist's Response: I so appreciate your business. Happy New Year to you and your family
